Abstract

The article presents the development of a methodology for the approximate operational assessment of the aerodynamic and flight-tactical characteristics of enemy aerial bombs using initial data obtained from the examination of debris from such munitions. The first stage of the methodology involves reconstructing the design solutions of such aviation weapons, determining their operational principles, as well as their weight and geometric parameters. The next stage calculates the main aerodynamic characteristics, and the final stage involves assessing the flight performance. The obtained data can subsequently be used in forming countermeasure proposals against such weapons and in substantiating technical solutions for the development of domestic analogs.
