Abstract

As rule, increasing of battle effectiveness is implementing by correct preparation of weapon and service ammunition for shooting, correct zeroing-in of sighting devices and weapon rendering to normal battle, selection of bullet on type of propellant, shape and weight of bullet, skilled application of shooting rules and execution of aiming methods. Specific of battle task with application of optical sight is following: sweep of target and aiming is carrying out with magnification >1. And solution of battle task is including the following consecutive stages: target sweep, its recognition and identification, determination of shooting corrections, aiming and namely shooting. There is posteriori accepted that targets alphabet is known for shooter. Spatial uncertainty of object under seeking is character attribute for seeking of target. The final tasks are detection of target, when it is alone (targets alphabet is absent in that case and seeker is staying prior to choice «target is/target is absent»), and alternatives are resulting to accept of solution «what is there a target from alphabet»). The spatial uncertainty of relative position of weapon barrel channel and target is main attribute of aiming. And final task is coinciding of sight mark with calculated point in target area.
Mistakes of data preparation (mistakes of shooting corrections on meteorological, ballistic shooting conditions and distance to target), aiming mistakes (mistakes of coinciding of sight mark with calculated point in target area) and shooting mistakes (mistakes connected with weapon, sight and bullets production influencing on natural explosive item dispersion) are the main factors of battle effectiveness decreasing. All these factors are accidental, they can’t be taken into account for further elimination.
Authors propose to calculate the full probability of battle task execution as product of the separate stages probabilities for it implementation depends of man factor.
