СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ОСНАЩЕННЯ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ ОЗБРОЄННЯМ ТА ВІЙСЬКОВОЮ ТЕХНІКОЮ У СВІТЛІ РОСІЙСЬКО-УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ВІЙНИ 2022 РОКУ

Abstract

On the basis of the first results obtained from the study of samples of weapons and military equipment captured from the enemy during the repulsion of the russian aggression in 2022, as well as the analysis of the practical combat use of weapons supplied by Ukraine's allies, urgent tasks regarding the rearmament of the national defense forces on a qualitatively new technological basis are formulated.

The main principles of updating the state military-technical and military-industrial policy, their latest priorities, which are highlighted by the accumulated experience of conducting military operations, are explained.

As actual measures to ensure the planned rearmament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the content of the new capabilities of the domestic defense industry is revealed, concrete ways of restoring its vitality during martial law and in the post-war period are proposed.

The main events of the repulsion of russian aggression in 2022 provide domestic military science with a huge amount of objective information for topical scientific research, including in the field of weapons and military equipment, because:

only the use of specific samples of weapons in direct combat conditions makes it possible to finally form a true assessment of their effectiveness;

supply by our country's allies to the disposal of the national defense forces of the newest means of armed struggle to a certain extent expands the availability of modern foreign technologies for Ukrainian science and industry.

The search for methods of protection against the most technological means of armed struggle of russian origin and countermeasures against them, an in-depth analysis of their scientific and technical, technological, constructive, operational features with the involvement of non-traditional sources of information reveal some new functional properties of the enemy's military equipment, which were previously unknown to the Ukrainian military, scientific and industrial circles.

Therefore, it is fundamentally important to strengthen this work in the future, to give it a permanent and systematic character, which will most positively affect the expansion of the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, additionally enrich the state's scientific and industrial potential, and synergistically strengthen its defense capability.
