Abstract

The article proposes the conceptual principles of reforming the system of defense and technical support of the state as an element of the process of managing the military and technical policy of Ukraine, taking into account the experience of operations in the conditions of the war with russia. An analysis of the tasks to be carried out by the system of defense and technical support of the state was carried out. Principles and methods of formation of collective and constructive decisions in the defense and technical support of the defense forces of Ukraine during the war are proposed.

Scientific substantiation of the construction of the system of defense model and technical support of the armament of the defense forces, which takes into account all the main resource, production, political and other limitations, has been carried out. The structure of the model, its main controlling elements and relationships are determined.

The directions for the further development of conceptual documents and systemic transformations of the formation and implementation of the tasks of defense and technical support of the defense forces of Ukraine in war and post-war times regarding the construction of the system of defense and technical support of Ukraine taking into account NATO standards and its adaptability to the countries of the European Union, Great Britain, and the United States are outlined America and other NATO member countries.
