The article is dedicated to the assessment of the efficiency of telecommunication systems with tropospheric communication means in terms of comparing their operational capabilities, which will allow to analyse and compare existing means with each other, as well as means that are being designed, developed at different stages of the life cycle, while monitoring changes in the efficiency of their functioning based on changes in their operational capabilities.
The article presents an assessment of the efficiency of telecommunication systems with tropospheric communication means, using their operational capabilities in the past, present and future, based on the analysis and solution of this issue using the maximin theory.
