Abstract

The article defines approaches to the creation of a mathematical model for ensuring the safety of floating tugboats on rivers and in the coastal sea zone by determining the set of parameters to be investigated and establishing the algorithmic dependence of the output effect of the system on their values. The main parameters that affect the operation and safety of the floating towing warehouses are considered as indicators of efficiency. By means of multicriteria optimization the following indicators were chosen as the main ones: lateral deviation of the center of mass of the rolling stock from a given route; distance to underwater and surface navigational landmarks (dangers) or turning point from the location of the towing warehouses on their movement trajectory, which is determined by the additional option of an electronic-mapping navigation-information system, allowing the use of a moving coordinate cursor in high-precision cursor mode - a long-range device by way of automatically capturing them various navigation objects; the likelihood of obtaining complete and reliable information about the location of the towed warehouse on the trajectory of its movement; the average time of a circular flight of a towed warehouse. In further studies, it is proposed to establish a major indicator - the average round-trip time, which is chosen as the criterion of efficiency that needs to be minimized, and the other indicators put into the category of restrictions.
