Abstract

Современный мир находится в состоянии системной нестабильности, разбалансированности и хаоса. К вызовам и угрозам эпохи «холодной войны» добавились качественно новые опасности и угрозы, которые носят глобальный характер. Почти все военные конфликты конца ХХ и начала ХХІ столетия происходили не по классическим схемам военного искусства. Боевые действия на востоке Украины и анализ ситуации, которая предваряла эти события, дают возможность сделать вывод, что Украина столкнулась с уточненной формой войны, когда захват территорий – дело рук уголовной толпы, сепаратистского движения, которые координируются со стороны России.
