The article presents the results of studying the microstructural characteristics of airframe materials that were tested during the preparation of «Shahed-136» barrage ammunition using the frozen method of scanning electron microscopy. The results of the analysis of the warehouse and structure of warehouse elements of fragments of the UAV modernized «Shahed-136» glider, manufactured from different materials, which were removed during the hours of conducting hardware investigations from the stagnation of the X-ray microanalyzer J XA-8200 imaging JEOL Ltd (Japan) and scanning electron microscope JSM-6490LV with energy dispersive spectrometer INKA Energy 350ХТ are prezented.
The body of the airframe for the loitering ammunition modernized «Shahed-136» is made from rich spherical composite material in a flat shape. The results of the investigation of the chemical composition, structure and topography of the surface of composite materials using scanning electron microscopy indicate the vicinity of their formation, it is important to add viscous carbon fiber plastics, hybrid composite materials and polymers in some materials of structural elements and coatings. The main purpose of solidifying these composite materials is to improve the performance of gliders, as well as to ensure a reduction in radio emissions.
The investigations were carried out by forming an information base to separate the detection algorithms and anti-barrage ammunition systems.
