Abstract

The article considers the methodological foundations of the systemic study of the effectiveness of troop technical support as a complex organizational and technical military system. It is substantiated that technical support represents a complex multilevel process functioning under conditions of dynamic changes in the operational environment, external influences and resource constraints.

Under these conditions, the application of a systemic approach to the study of troop technical support becomes particularly relevant, as it makes it possible to formalize the structure, interrelationships and functioning processes of the system, as well as to substantiate the ways of improving its effectiveness. The use of a systemic approach creates the possibility of transitioning from descriptive analysis to formalized modeling, which is a necessary condition for substantiated decision-making in the military sphere.

In the context of the development of digital technologies, decision support systems, Digital Twin concepts, Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+), predictive analytics and artificial intelligence, the formation of a systemic methodological basis for the study of troop technical support acquires special importance.

The purpose of the article is to form the methodological foundations of the systemic study of the effectiveness of troop technical support as a complex organizational and technical military system through the formalization of its structure, interrelationships and functioning characteristics, as well as through determining the scientific basis for further mathematical, simulation and digital modeling of troop technical support processes.

A systemic representation of the technical support process based on interrelated input, structure, constraints and output characteristics is proposed. Such an approach makes it possible to comprehensively analyze the factors determining the effectiveness of system functioning. Hierarchical interrelationships between systems of different levels and the place of the technical support system within the general structure of organizational and technical military systems are determined. The main directions for improving the effectiveness of troop technical support are established, including improvement of serviced object characteristics, development of the support structure and optimization of system operating conditions.

The article has a conceptual and methodological character and creates a scientific basis for the further development of mathematical and simulation models, decision support systems, digital twins and intelligent management systems for troop technical support
