DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND SANCTIONS
Filing a Complaint: Any person may notify the editorial office in writing of a suspected ethics violation, providing relevant evidence.
Investigation Procedure: The Editorial Board conducts a verification of facts within a period not exceeding 6 months, involving independent experts if necessary.
Sanctions:
- Rejection of publication or retraction of the article.
- Notification of the management of the author's institution regarding the violation.
- Exclusion of the violator (author or reviewer) from the journal's database of partners for a period of 1–3 years.
