Author Guidelines and Submission Procedure

Manuscript Submission Procedure

Our journal employs a double-blind peer review system. This means that the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are concealed from each other throughout the review process.

To maintain this anonymity, authors are required to submit two separate files:

1st file: Full text of the manuscript

This file is not sent to reviewers. It must include:

2st file: Full text of the manuscript

This is the main body of the paper to be sent to experts. It must not contain any information that could identify the authors.

How to Remove Personal Data (Metadata)

Before submission, you must clear the document's hidden properties:

For Microsoft Word:

  1. Open the file and go to the File
  2. Select Info > Check for Issues > Inspect Document.
  3. In the dialog box, ensure the Document Properties and Personal Information box is checked.
  4. Click Inspect, then click Remove All next to the found metadata.
  5. Save the file.

Please Note: If the editorial office identifies information within the manuscript file that de-anonymizes the authors, the paper will be returned for revision before the review process begins.
