ОЦІНКА ТЕХНІКО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО РІВНЯ СПЕЦІАЛІЗОВАНИХ ЗРАЗКІВ ВІЙСЬКОВОЇ АВТОМОБІЛЬНОЇ ТЕХНІКИ

Abstract

A comprehensive comparative assessment of weapons and military equipment samples on the example of modern armored medical vehicles of the leading edge, adopted for medical troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other countries, including trophy samples of russia obtained during the fighting in spring 2022 is presented in paper. In this case, it is a russian protected ambulance «Lens», created several years ago on the basis of the chassis KAMAZ-53949 «Typhoon-K».

For the sake of correctness, the fleet of armored medical vehicles is limited exclusively to cars built on the basis of relatively light tactical wheeled armored combat vehicles. The only exception is the model of the Ukrainian armored medical vehicle MT-LBS, which was created by upgrading the serial armored personnel carrier. In this publication, in addition to these two samples, the 4 most common foreign analogues are considered. It is shown that the project proposed by Research and Production Company «VK Sistema» has every chance of success, taking into account the needs of the carriers MT-LB, as well as the manufacturer's capabilities.

The assessment was performed using the method of complex comparative assessment of technical and economic indicators of the same type of weapons and military equipment, developed at the Central Research Institute of Armament and Military Equipment of Armed Forces of Ukraine. The use of this method allows to make a technical and economic comparative assessment of two or more samples of weapons, as well as to determine the technical level of domestic samples of weapons and their compliance with the world level of technology of this type. The method can be useful in the formation of tactical and technical requirements for new or upgraded models of weapons and military equipment.
