Abstract

The article proposes conceptual principles for improving the mechanisms of formation and implementation of situational and constructive decisions in the military-technical policy of Ukraine during the war, in which general principles, approaches, structural schemes of processes in the field of technical equipment (armament) of military formations of the defense forces of Ukraine are proposed on the basis of a counter-evaluation capabilities of opposing parties.

Further development of the methodology of arming the operational groups of the defense forces based on the modeling of the processes of determining the needs of the technical equipment of the military formations, taking into account the effects of economic, political, technological and character, etc., is proposed.

Variants of counter-multilevel studies of the correspondence of the capabilities of military units to obtain the most effective situational-constructive solution based on the functional dependence of quantitative and qualitative indicators of various types of military equipment under conditions of negative influences of various origins are presented.
