Abstract

The specifics of the task of the National Guard of Ukraine in the area of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) is characterized by the implementation of tasks in a large area at checkpoints, bases in isolation from permanent locations, which complicates the process of implementing technical support measures.
An analysis was made of the implementation of measures to provide technical support for the actions of the National Guard of Ukraine in the course of performing assigned tasks in the area of the Joint Forces Operation. During the analysis, problematic issues were identified. The question arose as to the ability of units of the National Guard of Ukraine to perform technical support tasks, both in the ordinary and in the special period.
The analysis of scientific works in which questions of the analysis of existing difficult organizational and technical systems are opened is carried out. It was found that these scientific works did not take into account the specifics of the tasks and the peculiarities of ensuring the operational use of groups of troops in the area of Operation Joint Forces.
The analysis of the structure, governing bodies, forces and means of the system of technical support of the actions of the group of the National Guard of Ukraine is carried out. The tasks of technical support and the procedure for organizing the implementation of technical support measures are also analyzed.
The functional analysis of the technical support system was carried out, for which the technical support system was considered in the form of several subsystems. It was found that the subsystem for the restoration of weapons and military, special equipment will determine the degree of combat capability and combat readiness in technical terms during operational use.
The analysis of the existing system of technical support of the actions of the National Guard of Ukraine showed that the existing system of technical support is more focused on providing troops in normal conditions.
