Abstract

The article deals with the problematic system-conceptual aspects of planning and conducting joint (interspecies) operations by armed forces groups and operational management of structural dynamics of complex multistructured military systems in the conditions of dynamic change of operational-strategic and operational-tactical situation at the theater of war (in the area fighting). The basic elements, problems and directions of activity of innovative character are covered, which are covered by the problems of theory and practice of management of complex multistructured military systems. The factors that determine the need to develop the theory and practice of managing the structural dynamics of complex multistructured military systems are analyzed. Among the problems associated with this management are such pressing issues as: ensuring effective management of the structural dynamics of complex multistructured military systems in the conditions of dynamic change of the situation on the battlefield in conditions of active antagonistic opposition of the enemy; automation and informatization of operational control of operations (performed by groups of armed forces in the conditions of dynamic change of operational-strategic (operational-tactical) situation at the theater of hostilities (in the area of ​​hostilities); other problems, from the quality of results and completeness of solutions, which usually will be depends on the practical implementation of effective management of operations (combat operations) of joint (interspecific) armed forces groups in the dynamics of armed combat with enemy troops groups. It is a scientific and methodological issue of the study of the processes of structural dynamics management of complex multistructured military systems and the creation of an integrated system of decision-making support, as well as the adaptive transformation of the organizational structure of these systems to the conditions of dynamic change of the situation in the area of ​​warfare.
