Abstract

Invention is a creative process that allows you to solve problems in any field of the national economy and has a positive effect. Invention in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is connected with the improvement of the results of technical progress and the improvement of the production of weapons and military equipment. Invention is inextricably linked with intellectual property, with the legal right of people to possess, to use their own inventions or innovative proposals at their own discretion, to grant the right to use them to other persons.
