One of the possible going is considered near formalization of task of forming of rational technical look of the anti-aircraft missile system of new generation taking into account resource limitations. It is shown that the decision of this task in a methodological plan requires development of the system of imitation-mathematical models, describing the process of the combat operation of anti-aircraft missile systems at implementation of battle job mix in the forecast terms of conduct of battle actions. An algorithm over of forming of look of anti-aircraft missile systems, foreseeing implementation of functional, technical and structural synthesis on the criteria of a maximum of index of battle efficiency of anti-aircraft missile systems and a minimum of cost of creation of her subsystems with the required descriptions is brought. It is shown that offered approach it is allowed to lift level of validity of tactical and technical specifications and technical suggestions on creation of anti-aircraft missile systems of new generation and structure this process as a sequence of interrelate procedures, that, in turn, will allow to pass to development of methods and formalization of the basic stages of functional and circuit technology design of anti-aircraft missile systems of new generation.
