Abstract

In the article the technology of choice available spacecraft species on Earth-observation from the catalog NORAD / NASA, suitable for quick shoot set-governmental areas of the earth’s surface under certain require-ments to the quality of the target in-formation. The use of the proposed technology will improve the effi ciency of formation of orders for the pur-chase of domestic users reliable information given composition affordabil-ity of available foreign Outer devices for commercial purposes.
