The lacks of existent tasks of determination of nomenclature of facilities of determination are certain in composition measuring complexes. Calls are formulated to informatively-measuring collection. The mathematical design of determination, disposition and association of facilities of determination in composition mobile informativelymeasuring collection is designed. With the use of the designed mathematical design the tasks of optimization of constituents of mobile informatively-measuring collection are offered. The methods of decision of the put tasks of optimization are grounded.
