The problem of poorly structured information processing resources that represent scientifi c and technical products in the field of weapons development is proposed to be solved by using cognitive means of information processing as a passive system of network knowledge.
All stages of complex processes of collecting, processing, analyzing and structuring information are realized through transdisciplinary data integration of computer-based data ontologies.
Recursive reduction method is used to process scientific and technical products and to consistently transform the results of lexical analysis into a thesaurus, taxonomy and ontology. This method is implemented by recursive application to the results of lexical analysis of a specialized reduction operator, which is described in terms of λ-theory.
The proposed means of cognitive IT technology to ensure the processes of information and analytical analysis can be used as an abstract multi-agent data type, which provides the formation of a component architecture of services to support information and analytical activities of experts in network-centric scientifi c and technological environment.
Predicates are introduced that allow to identify the contexts of a certain token, and on this basis to conclude about the need or absence of the need to perform the transformation.
As part of the task of structuring a document that presents scientifi c and technical products two methods of identifi cation of its structural units that act as the ultimate object ontology are offered. Links between objects described in documents are made by using indexing and search functions.
As example, the formation of the ontology of conceptual analysis of the document is given using the software «Conspect». - Author Biographies
