Abstract

The practical task of justifying a system of measures to support the combat readiness and combat effectiveness of weapon and military equipment parks is important for the practice of defensive planning. A methodical approach has been proposed to substantiate the rational ratio of the volume of new weapons, which it is advisable to procure or expediently lengthen their indicators, which are intended, and leave samples of the combat, which it is advisable to upgrade in this case. The essence of the methodological approach, which, unlike the well-known ones, is presented, consists in the formulation and solution of mathematical optimization problems that formalize the complex criterion “efficiency — cost — time”.
