Abstract

The methodological apparatus of support designed to help solving the problems of military-technical aspects of ensuring the state’s military security cannot be considered effective and sufficiently developed in all areas especially during lasting russian agression. According to authors’ opinion, when researching military-technical policy it is advisable to present it as an object of public administration. The authors demonstrate the following in this article: military-technical policy management system’s characteristics, the classification of management functions and approaches to their typification on different grounds and with different details and the nature of management itself manifested through its functions − separate areas (spheres) of management, which constitute the content of military-technical policy management.
