Given the intensity of technology development and their implementation in samples of weapons, military and special equipment, namely the electronic component base, the article describes the general information, purpose, principle of operation, main parameters, characteristics, features and supply system of the electronic component base for the production of weapons and military equipment of the russian federation (rf).
Against the background of the armed aggression of the russian federation since 2014 and the full-scale armed invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, a number of sanctions were imposed on the Russian Federation, which are aimed at preventing the supply of critical products to the RF, namely the elemental component base (ECB) produced by third countries (foreign production), primarily the most technologically developed countries. However, the manufacturers of weapons, military and special equipment (WME) in the (RF), in order to ensure the necessary tactical and technical characteristics of WME samples and to replace ECB produced in the russian federation that do not meet modern requirements, are forced to look for ways to supply and use ECB of foreign production during the development, modernization and production of WME samples to circumvent sanction pressure.
For the correct selection of the electronic component base for WME, manufacturers need to have information not only about the characteristics contained in the technical conditions, but also to have a good idea of the essence of the physical processes that take place in them, their capabilities, as well as economic indicators. In addition, one should know the prospects of certain components, the possibilities of improving their characteristics.
