The system-conceptual principles, key principles and basic aspects of building a promising unified automated control system of the armed forces, able to quickly adapt the structural and functional structure to the dynamics of change in the management situation in the area of hostilities, while maintaining stability, efficiency, secrecy and flexibility means, supporting the dynamics of innovative development of their management tools throughout the life cycle, focused on the use of technologies and methods of artificial intelligence, technologies for intelligent extraction and analysis of environmental data, knowledge in the existing unstructured array of source data and focused on management in integrated information − telecommunication physical and software-hardware environment of network hierarchical structure are considered in the article.
The main requirements required for its creation are presented, among them: ensuring synchronization, organized functional coherence and coordination of actions of troops in combat operations, adaptation of forces and means to dynamic change of the situation in the area of responsibility.
Among the main principles of formation of a promising system, which gives it the property of integration, is the principle of integration in its composition of specific automated control systems so as to ensure a single automated control due to the introduction of advanced information and telecommunications management technologies and modern automation systems and other software. - Author Biographies
