Abstract

The issues of further intensifying the process of introducing the norms of international law in relation to the regulation of intellectual property, including the introduction of a global patent, are considered. At the same time, the progressing process of adapting national legislations to international norms does not affect issues that concern the interests of national security and the defense of individual states. This aspect is reflected in international agreements, conventions and treaties that are aimed at globalizing the process of protecting intellectual property in the world. The features of international agreements and conventions in the field of intellectual property in a global context are analyzed. Based on the above provisions, conclusions are formed.
