Implementation of international norms in the field of intellectual property in national practice in the context of increasing the efficiency of the institutional environment

Abstract

The system of regulatory support for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights at the international level was reviewed, the international institutional context for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights was described, and the institutional support for government regulation was considered in the field of intellectual property at the national level. The features of international agreements and conventions in the field of intellectual property functioning in a global context are analyzed, Ukraine’s participation in them is investigated. Proposals are made to improve the implementation of international standards in the field of intellectual property into domestic practice.
