Abstract

The article examines the system-conceptual aspects of the integration of weapons and military equipment of NATO partner countries into the armaments system of Defense Forces of Ukraine, the standardization and unification of procedures for logistical support of weapons according to NATO approaches and the levels of detail in the formulation of the strategy for armaments life cycle management. The essence of the paradigms of logistic support of armaments has been studied.

In order to organize stable integration of complex technical systems into the armament system of Defense Forces of Ukraine, it is necessary to identify vulnerabilities in the sphere of their life cycle managment and to make an appropriate effective management impact on the support system for these armaments.

Within the framework of the systemic approach, the authors present their vision of the formation of the strategy of integrated logistic support of armament integrated into the armament system of Defense Forces of Ukraine.

An understanding of the content of the external environment, its components is provided and the impact on the relevant management decision on armament support is analyzed. Its importance in the formation of current military technical cooperation activities with Western partners is emphasized. At the same time, the main message of the armament integration is that the more the external environment changes, the less stable the armament system of Defense Forces of Ukraine becomes.
