Abstract

According to the results of the materials of special purpose structures monitoring, the article reveals the principles of the methodology of transforming narrative descriptions of scientific, scientific and technical products and other technical and technological documents into the format of interactive knowledge bases, as well as the methodological and technological principles of their formation. The methodological foundations are based on cognitive services that implement semantic-linguistic and conceptual analysis of large volumes of information, namely: natural language narratives, documents and tabular data, identification of consolidated logistical connections between them, evaluation criteria and decision support. The format of the technological chain of formation of interactive knowledge bases is described: documents → analysis → linguistic corpus → formation of a neural network → generation of ontologies → identification of evaluation criteria → generation of analytical platforms for decision-making. The models of narrative discourse, interactive ontological document, ontology of the choice problem are presented. The conditions for their creation are determined based on the principle of open taxonomies. Fragments of implementation options for special purpose interactive knowledge bases are provided. It is determined that the presented systemological categories constitute the functional basis of the formation of a single information space for the development of weapons and military equipment.
