Abstract

In the article the probabilistic estimate of duration (longevity) of service of wares before the onset of the limit state according to mathematical models of accumulation of damage – aging is given. The aging diagram during the accumulation of damage corresponds the gamma distribution of the operating time of an object (element). The function of distributing of this time shows that in the extreme case it is possible early and late completions of terms of service, which are extreme (minimum and maximal), but a difference between them serves by the scope of longevity of product. The connection between the parameters of the maximum service life of the products and the parameters of the work-to-failure is presented. Error of computations after the received formulas is the more so, than less number of the same type wares, that are explored. Recommendations for the operation of naval weapons and military equipment beyond the specified service life are given.
